About Us

Football Stadia Solutions & Consulting (FSSC) originally was Swiss company. FSSC Eastern Europe is an associate of this Swiss company and has offices in Belarus and Kazakhstan. Our team has unique expertise in designing football stadiums of the highest international standard of UEFA Category 4 requirements. Our specialists were involved in developing the concepts for the stadiums in Nice and Lyon, built for the 2016 Europe Championship.

FSSC Eastern Europe has successfully used its extensive experience and knowledge to provide consulting services in the construction, management, and marketing of stadiums in the CIS countries. In particular, we successfully participated in consulting for the construction of Dinamo Stadium in Minsk (Belarus) in 2018, the development of the concept for a football stadium in Aktobe (Kazakhstan) in 2023, and National Football Stadium in Minsk (Belarus) in 2025.

We will ensure that your arena being built fully complies with FIFA/UEFA requirements, as well as constant monitoring of compliance with FIFA/UEFA requirements from the very beginning of the design to the start of operation of the stadium.

Design and construction of stadiums

1. Preliminary design

Preliminary project analysis, compliance with FIFA/UEFA requirements of the project, project feasibility study, construction site analysis, SWOT analysis, market research.

2. Planning and design

Review of the project plan, functional / operational requirements, international benchmarking, FIFA / UEFA / other requirements, the principle of reception organization, the principle of catering, marketing and sales principles, rental modeling, control of technical specifications

3. financial modeling

Business planning, annual forecasting of operating revenues and expenses, forecasting of commercial rights usage, financial project, public-private partnership analysis, final determination of optimum capacity (general seats/VIP seats), risk management
